Covid-19
As a small independent business, we are working hard to dispatch orders as normal during these testing times. However, there may be rare cases where some orders could take longer to arrive than they normally would, so please bear with us.
In most cases, you should still receive your order quickly, but please allow a few more days than normal before contacting us about delivery delays. Some of our suppliers are taking longer to get their products to us, and we also need to manage our staff to make sure they are working in isolation, or from home as much as they possibly can.
Please Note: We have had to remove our guaranteed next day delivery option due to the fact that Royal Mail are no longer guaranteeing that deliveries will be the next day at the moment. We will add it back as soon as we can.
Can customers catch corona virus from the mail?
Public Health England has advised that there is no perceived increase in risk of contracting the new corona virus for handling post or freight from specified areas. From experience with other corona viruses, we know these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.

We ship all international orders by air via Royal Mail. The cost depends on what is on the order.

Returns
We want you to be 100% confident when placing an order, we therefore offer an unrivaled 365 day no-hassle returns policy, which removes any risk on your behalf.
You can return anything that has been unopened and unused for up to 1 year after you first purchased it.
This even includes part packs of condoms. For example you buy a pack of 10 condoms and try 1. You decide that you don't really like those condoms so you return the other 9 (unused) condoms for a full refund.
If you wish to return any of your items, please contact us and we will advise how. You can then either be sent a more suitable alternative, or if you prefer, a full refund.

A wealth of organic ingredients is at the base of this formula. To argan and buriti oils - nourishing anti-oxidant oils possessing natural sunscreen properties, we've added our proprietary formula of flowers infused in Jojoba oil, essential oils and a pure mineral pigment. No FD&C colorants or lake dyes. This is a pure and effective formulation offering mild sunscreen protection with a lovely tint for all skin types. As a foundation, it evens skin tone, smooths texture and diffuses lines, while providing a naturally soft, breathable finish. It's lightweight and easily absorbed as it replenishes your skin.
The coverage level depends on the amount you apply- from a tinted glow to a flawless finish. We offer 3 shades you can use alone or blend together to create your own customized color.
DESIGNED FOR: All skin types and skin tones, particularly porcelain or lighter colored skin. Offers good coverage to uneven skin tone.
BENEFITS: Provides natural UV protection as it delivers a smooth finish and radiant glow. Offers a safe alternative to both liquid and loose powder mineral foundation.
HOW TO USE: Mineral powder is heavy and tends to sink. Shake bottle well before each use to disperse all of the Mineral powder into the liquid Serum medium. After moisturizing, massage just a few drops initially. For complete coverage, dot on nose, forehead, cheeks, and chin and blend out toward the hairline. Repeat throughout the day if necessary. For more complete sun protection please wear protective clothing.
NOTE:Make sure to shake the bottle so the powder is well dispersed. If you reach the end of the bottle AND still have a significant amount of powder at the bottom, you can purchase our Melodic Skin Serum, and add 1 to 2 dropperfuls to the existing bottle. This will extend the use and prevent waste.
